2. Certification: Pioneer Rehabilitation & Allied Health Sciences (prahs.org) awards on the successful completion of a course, are only the certificate of participation of student in programme and can not be considered as a license to practice or certificate of any allied sciences’ proficiency. It is the responsibility of the student to inquire and to adhere to local laws and regulations that govern the practice of the allied sciences. |

3. Copyright: All rights reserved. All written lessons, videotapes and CDs etc. are copyrighted and may not be freely displayed or copied in whole or part, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means electronic, mechanical, photocopied, recorded or otherwise except with the prior written permission of the Pioneer Rehabilitation & Allied Health Sciences (prahs.org). All course materials are provided on the above basis may be kept by the student for his or her personal use only. |

4. Refund Policy: Pioneer Rehabilitation & Allied Health Sciences (prahs.org) reserves the right to accept or refuse any refunds. If a student wishes to withdraw from any course for any reason, subsequent to registration, a refund may be granted subject to the following conditions:
I. Registration fees are non-refundable for any reason.
II. No refunds will be considered when the course commenced
III. 25% between closing date and commencement.
IV. 50% before closing date of the course. |

5. Fees: Apart from course fees below administrative fees (Non refundable) are applicable to all courses and programmes.
- Attending exam beyond completion date (If it was allowed): £50
- Outstanding invoice after due date: £100
- Returned check: £50
- Issuing replacement or extra Degree or Transcript: £50
- Petition for leave of absence: £50 (Indefinite), £30 (Limited) |

6. Integrity: All students, graduates and academic boards of the Pioneer Rehabilitation & Allied Health Sciences (prahs.org) pledge to sustain the reputation and try to promote Pioneer Rehabilitation & Allied Health Sciences (prahs.org) worldwide. Any student found guilty of misbehavior, disobedience, persistent lateness and neglect of studies shall be liable to warning, fine or expulsion by the PRAHS Authorities. |

7. Course Materials: Most courses’ materials are available on CD or Online. All course materials are provided for education purposes only and may not be used by student as a manual for self treating or provided for education purposes only and may not be used by student as a manual for self treating or treating the patients except under supervision of expert tutors. All submitted thesis are and remain the intellectual properties of PRAHS for good with all rights, privileges and authorities. |

8. Poor attendance: Minimum attendance 80% is compulsory in any course or Credit. Absence more than 20% or 3 consecutive online sessions is liable to have his/her name removed from the registrar, unless the student satisfies the Pioneer Rehabilitation & Allied Health Sciences (prahs.org) authorities by assigning proper reason for absence. |

9. Duration of course: The duration of every course and deadline for completing the programme can be extended maximum 50% of whole course upon written request of student and subject to acceptance of head of department. |

10. Complaints procedure: Students who experience a problem with any service provided by the College or anything else within the control of the Academy can, under the informal procedure, raise the matter through sending across a mail to admin@prahs.org. |

If the matter cannot be resolved satisfactorily a complaint should be made in writing to the Secretary, Academic Affairs, who will acknowledge receipt and ensure that the matter is looked into as soon as possible. An initial response to any complaint can be expected within 7 days of its receipt, and a considered response to the complaint should be received within a further four weeks, with any subsequent remedy implemented with the minimum of delay.

It is hoped that very few complaints would remain unresolved after this stage. However should this be the case, the complainant can request that Secretary, Academic Affairs refers the matter to the Chairperson who will appoint two members of the authorities and a student representative to consider the matter and respond. None of those appointed to do so will have been involved in the matter previously. A full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within six weeks and any subsequent remedy implemented with the minimum of delay and it is final. It does not affect the statutory right of student. |
